The Cones® Manual 98mm & 109mm Filling Device allows users to easily mass fill both the 98mm and 109mm pre rolled cones in the most cost effective and convenient way possible. This pre roll cone filler holds 120 Cones in either the 98mm or the 109mm sizes. The filling machine has a sturdy plastic base with a strong foam topper which makes this filler light weight yet very durable.
